Certainly the idea of street art isn’t new, and there are numerous places on the web where you can find great evidence of similar quality – but I hadn’t found anything as subtle as this before.
If you look closely at the picture below, the female model appears to have a tattoo on her left shoulder… and she does. It’s just that the tattoo is actually one of those cheap stick-on ones you find at the bottom of your chip packet, or in the shopping center hanging in the chocolate aisle. The thing I liked about this is that for most people, it wouldn’t afford a second glance. And regardless of whether the person who put it there meant it, it has become (in my opinion) a great example of subtle and subversive street art.
